How long does a sale take?- This depends on your circumstances. If you want to move quickly we might be able to complete the purchase within as little as 7 days.
What will it cost me?- Nothing. We do not charge any selling fees and we cover all reasonable legal costs involved with the sale.
What type of properties do you buy?- We buy all types of properties in any condition: houses, flats, apartments, ex local authority and land.
What do I do once the property has been bought?- We fit in with your circumstances. We can allow you to stay in the house for an arranged length of time until you have found another residence. We may also be able to rent back your house to you.
How do you value our property?- Depending on the condition of the property, we usually pay between 75% and 85% of the property's market value. This is because you are selling your property off market and without paying estate agents and legal fees. We are also ensuring you have a fast sale.
How long is the offer valid?- The offer for the property will be valid for 1 month from the date of the offer but if you go ahead with the sale, we can usually be fairly flexible.
